Contintuing Education

Aside from the requirements that LMHCs have for professional development, I am committed to my own personal growth and mental well-being and continue to read books and articles on self improvement and psychology. Currently, I recently completed a Mindfulness Course and am interested in pursuing more training in this area to benefit both myself and my clients.
